The amount of carbon dioxide produced from a barrel of oil is known, and I once used it to calculate, based on the oil reserves of the world what would happen if that was allowed to turn into carbon dioxide, and plugged that into the current ppm today.

That would push our global 400ppm to 600+ppm. This would push indoor areas into brain drain territory. The world wouldn't be able to function if we allow that oil to actually turn into carbon dioxide. I really don't give a shit about the climate arguments, and plants love co2 and by every metric the world is greener today than 50 years ago, but seriously the world will become retarded if that gets in the air.

At some point Oil production will be so low that they cant keep up with the demand, because every oil company is stopping investments in new oil sources.
So the oil price will unironically hit 100$+ the next bull cycle.
