Imo a house is a place to live and should be seen less as an investment
Why not cash out of the rental house at the ath and pay off the homestead and use the rest for physical pm?
Put your 401k into miners desu. By the time you retire it may not be even yours to touch, you can borrow against it later before then though. My retirement accounts are 2/3 miners and 1/3 cash ready to buy the dip after the crash
My attitude on the retirement accounts are to be risky af considering it may be socialized sometime in the future before I am at retirement age. It's simply leverage to use and hopefully borrow against in the future before the economy really goes tits up
