October Sky was about that county. Welch is much more rural than the shit that OP is spamming that's only 10 minutes from Huntington.

Home is way overpriced though. They tried selling it as a fixer for 40k in 2020. After fixing the plumbing and HVAC issues, they tried getting 200k for it. There's still no buyers in 9 months at 100k.
