i agree, but you are assuming that there is no friction within the supply chain
if there isnt, then yes decreased supply and skyrocketing demand could be good news
but there are about a dozen different governments that could FUDD you out of any gains

it will take a few years (at VERY LEAST) for this to happen, and the companies would be losing money the entire time that they are relocating if that happens

if you see a major shift from east asian manufacturing of semi's going to america, there would be a massive dip during the process
