I want to add that, even though i'm extremely bullish on miners, if the plat/Au/Ag miners get hammered with new regulations, it could spoop away the institutional investors who would otherwise be interested when SHTF (which is very soon, and programmed).
We all know the true reason behind the ecologic farce : the central bankers want to keep their worthless fiat the only dominant tool and will try to shut down any other alternatives existing to dodge inflation. The advantage we have over shitcoins is our best bet going forward : it's way easier to track down and tax shitcoins' transactions than PMs.

My landlord wants rent deposited directly into his bank account, provided account number and Zelle email address.

Says Zelle is free and available through every bank. I bank with a medium size credit union, we don't use Zelle (I checked). I don't have options for external transfers without him having to sign up for something which he won't do.
Tried using Zelle app with his phone and email but he's not signed up to get it that way.

Do I need to use a 3rd party to do a wire transfer? He uses BoA, they don't take cash deposits into others accounts. Guess I could get a cashiers check and bring it in tomorrow...

Am I missing something?
