So you explain to me how, in the era of the everything bubble, an asset that is NOT in a bubble, and has at least an OUTSIDE chance at significant paper gains, is NOT a great investment.

Again: LOW RISK, HIGH POTENTIAL REWARD.

Name me one thing better and I will sell this big ass stack of rocks and use the proceeds.
But whatever you name better not have COUNTERPARTY RISK, because every counterparty these days is an OVER-LEVERAGE JEW PONZI that I want zero part of during a mass unleveraging event.
