At first I thought about them doing a forced buyback of XRP (like what they did for Gold back in 1933) but when you think about it, theres probably only 1-2 million or so XRP holders, a million or two new millionaires is nothing in the grand scheme of things, even the higher up holders that will become billionaires is nothing considering that Trillionaires are going to be made, and the Elite will always be top dog.
