what is the worst feeling you've had trading cryptos/stocks or in general business?

mine was when i sold my 25BTC at 10 dollars/BTC

it really gave me PTSD and i got hospitalized after i saw BTC rose to 20k$

i didnt learn anything as i sold my 100XMR and 100ETH at 2 dollar price when i heard eth was russian.

after those incidents i was drinking heavily for years after i tried the third time and not selling any of my cryptos, of course this wasn't a good plan either as i am -99% and heavily on debt because i fomo'ed in at 2017.

i guess they chooces i am not able to ever make it. im not even mad anymore.
