That seriously sucks. There is nothing more comfy than a rural place where you have generators and solar for power, a water source, greenhouse with food, and land for building projects + woods to be comfy in or build in. When not being productive, relax knowing you will never hear or be bothered by anyone. Privacy, security, independence. Also gonna build/work on bunker and prep stuff.
