KR and GDOT have lower IV obviously, so I'd sell strikes that are father out in time and farther away OTM. July 19 on both KR and GDOT have ok premiums on the $27 and $55 strikes respectively, and both require >13% moves to get called away, so you have a pretty good chance of keeping the shares too.
