Monero is a solid project that actually works and is being used by many people on a daily basis, unlike most other coins.

However, Monero is not a good investment if you're looking to make money, which you can clearly tell by the chart.

TLDR: if you need to use a privacy coin then Monero is the one. If you need to make money then look elsewhere.

I hold over 400 XMR which I accumulated in 2020. I do like the coin and the privacy it offers, it really is amazing piece of tech.

Let's be honest though, we're here to make money, not to "fight muh goberment". I'm planning to sell all my XMR next time it pumps and be done with it, the opportunity cost of holding XMR is too much and there's no money to be made from it.
