I’m 50 years old and if I realized this was going to be what it was like I would’ve killed myself along long time ago… But now I have children I’m expected to live normally until death

How can I find more fulfilling activities for my parents to do? I feel like they like very boring lives, as in they go to work, come home, and watch tv on the couch until they pass out and wake up the next morning to do it all over again. On the weekends, they go food shopping, and do chores. They don't really do anything fun, as they do not have many close friends. How can I as a son make their lives more interesting and exciting? They go on vacation once a year, so that helps.
