Noooo when you own a private business, you have to do completely different type of taxes than a guy that works at wal-mart. It's totally different and I hope this Andrews knows what he's doing.
Also how could it be taxed before it gets to you?
You give them the house they give you the money. that's why the tax system is difference with private businesses. I'd talk to a professional about that is Andrews isn't one.
