WELLLLLLL It sounds like the EU leaders spent an ENTIRE WEEKEND bickering over their 750 billion euro recovery fund. And they've reached a stalemate.

That's right, the money that the market is expecting to be used to help a huge segment of the global economy is being held up by European bickering.
