I have enough settled cash to pay for a stock which it's settlement is the 1st of May.

This means although it's not settled, I have settled cash to pay for it.

Now, I try selling the stock premarket. They held then approved the order to "open". I saw the stock jump, so I canceled the order and set a new one. Now it was held and rejected. i tried again and it was held and rejected.

I'm not fucking freeriding, I'm not breaking good faith, why the fuck would my fucking bank not let me sell the stock before settlement?
