There are a significant number of newfags mostly because crypto is back in business and LINK has been getting a lot of attention recently. I think it's mostly due to retarded e-celebs though. Apparently some degenerate neet and his fat asian girlfriend who has a large cult following of inbreds came to /biz/ right as LINK was at $4 and laughed at it all the way down to $2. Despite how stupid he is, he has a large following and many streams get an average of 10K viewers or so, at least a couple dozen of these newfags came here from there.
