You sold your house and have money left over after buying another one, or are you planning on using the funds to buy something in the near future(1,2,5 years)? i.e. How soon will you need to liquidate it?
Why are you stacking? Are you old and trying to preserve your wealth, or are you young and can wait out the silver squeeze?

All extraneous factors aside, 300:1 is 100% fine imo. /pmg/ generally agrees that silver has much more room to boom than gold.
