I started my improover journey at the start of december and my plan is to implement:

>meditation

1. Quit caffeine. Seriously. If you get off caffeine entirely (like no caffeine whatsoever) it will change your shit forever if you are a regular caffeine user now.

2. Eat a fibrous diet. Talking beans, greens, and raspberries and shit. Cut back on red meat and stick to beans and lean meat / poultry.

3. On days you want to perform longer hours, take modafinil. There are a few ways to get perscriptions to modafinil (and depending on where you live it's pretty easy to find blackmarket wise -- I never had an issue finding it online in the US.)

4. Drink a lot of water regularly. Staying hydrated and eating a fibrous diet is the only real way to "cleanse" your gut regularly and gut health is key to mental performance. There are some pre/pro-biotics that are now attempting to help our microbiome and solve for things like better "clarity" and shit but desu very little is known about the microbiome at this point. We do know that fiber works.

**5. Regulate the fuck out of your sleep. Make a routine and stick to it. It takes up to two weeks for your circadian rhythm to restore itself after disruption and this is the biggest way to disrupt productivity.**

6. On the weeks you need to pump moda to accomplish more than you can otherwise, just make sure you have a week or two to re-regulate your sleep. And don't expect during this time to magically perform as well as you did the previous two weeks. And do not ever rely on a nootropic to perform.

7. Work out. Specifically stretching / yoga coupled with cardio. If lifting weights helps your confidence that will boost your work performance as well, but physically the best thing you can do is just simple cardio and stretching.

8. Meditation. Endless research linking meditation to higher work performance. Will be weird / awkward at first but just start doing it every fuckin day for 10 minutes. Download Calm or Headspace or something or search some shit on YouTube. It helps.

start thinking of life like an RPG. regardless of what build you rolled initially, you can level up and min/max your stats and gear to be the most effective.

take steps to improve your lives. Lift and cut to the point that you have visible abs and your jawline will really show. Tan outside at least 1-2 times a week. Get your haircut regularly. Attend mass weekly. Stay busy.

As you realize that your life has begun to change and you’re getting more attention from women, your confidence level will rise. Before you know it you’ll be picking up women off facebook, let alone tinder.
