Europoor here; what's the best exchange to send fiat to to buy crypto, with lowest fees?

Similarily, what's the exchange to cashout from crypto without annoying restrictions and lowest fees?

Guys I'm new here. I wanna get into crypto but now I'm faced with an option between Coinbase and Binance.
Online reviews say Coinbase is best but it looks to me like Binance charges a whole lot less for trades.
Which do you guys recommend? Can I use both? If I buy coins with one will it be accessible in the other?

Do I make a coinbase account or binance account? Or Kraken, etc.?
I kind of want a one-stop shop for all crypto shit and lowest commission fees where possible. It seems that Binance is the better option so why do people recommend Coinbase/Pro?

Which way is better to cash out link once it hits 10? If I went via binance I'd cash out to BTC or Eth then sell for fiat on bitstamp. But would this incur more fees than cashing out through coinbase?
