yeah, etfs are definitely the better way. Just be advised that you might not want to get stuck with paper gold, we saw what happened to oil - demand for physical evaporated and the futures contracts went negative. Could gold melt up? we're not sure. It's doubtful but it seems there's a non-zero chance at this time.
