The US already has tens or hundreds of thousands of rockets stockpiled. Maybe millions. Each of those little blobs in the picture is a munitions bunker containing enough conventional (non-nuclear) material to level a small city. The US has depots like this, bigger ones too, all across the country and world. Whatever they send to Ukraine will be a drop in the bucket. If anything, it frees up some space in the bunkers for new toys.
