Hey /biz/,

Lots of you are gainfully employed, and hard-working blue or white-collar professionals. For those of you who are lost in life, currently a NEET, or just looking for a change, let's talk about some jobs that might interest you.

A very easy job I had that made a good amount of money was Fire Alarm Technician. I was getting paid $25/hour to basically ensure that all of the fire alarm systems in an apartment, housing complex, retirement home, factories etc. were functioning properly. This involved one person going around and testing the devices (blow fake smoke into smoke alarms, pull fire alarms, put flame on heat detectors etc.) and another person who would be at the fire alarm panel checking to make sure the signals were received. Some other jobs we had were to replace fire extinguisher tags and check to make sure they were full, check emergency lighting and so on. It was relatively safe and easy and it wasn't even very technical since we generally did not have to install anything, and they had their own install guys trained for when stuff needed to be replaced.

It was very chill and easy, and we just had a certain number of places to go to in a day and once we were done we got to leave. We worked in partners or groups usually, and we got to drive around the work trucks and chill.

You don't need much education at all, and you can receive proper training on the job, or even do courses online to be qualified. I didn't have any qualifications prior to coming in, and I didn't have any leaving either, but if you do want to get them you will need them for installing and making more money etc.

What other jobs might suit some people here?
