My parents have taken out an equity release life time mortgage on the house. The mortgage company is asking me to sign a paper that says I agree to move out when they die. What happens if I don't sign it?

This is to the rare few of you who are actually consistently profitable. Does any one else feel like they're being watched? Like your broker put you on some kind of watchlist? We know that *all* brokerages sell their users's trade data to special interests. What if they put profitable traders under some sort of specialized surveillance program? To follow or go against their trades? Maybe tip off the IRS once you've made too much....... Maybe I'm just paranoid.
