I know there are lots of discord pump and dump / shill groups, but is there a reason /biz/ hasn't created a sovereign /biz/ fund?

Like yeah it's nice to make mad gains and keep them for yourselves, but why hasn't /biz/ organized into a small corporation or something. one could set it up so that each individual pajeet here gets one (1x) share of the corp, and the corp could utilize a consensus protocol to determine which big coins (BTC, ETH, LTC etc) to hold and which shitcoin pumps to chase with the group fund (ONE, VIDT, XVG, etc).

The hard part is that anons would have to go through a KYC type thing to prevent getting extra shares and for payouts etc. but in my mind, it's like, it would be an awesome way create a solid, moderate returning constant crypto fund that can benefit off of /biz/'s "in the know" knowledge of different coins/tokens etc.
