Not really sure of your situation, but buying is smarter than renting, and if you need a group of bros to all lease a boat (of all things), you're doing it wrong. You and you're bros can rent a boat and a cottage for a week, no reason to lease (any contract like this with friends will leave room for backstabbers). I'm 28 and just bought and rehabbed a foreclosure. But I plan on having white babies and whatnot. No idea what you do or anything else about you, just don't spend life working too hard or slacking off too much.
