until EOY (when the ingame event "leagues is over") where the price will return to 400+ bloods will fluctuate as people slowly come back to the game, do bloods for a bit, get bored and have the price return to normal. the price will return to normal by the end of year as the dedicated players come back on the events close; these are the main consumers for the item and will pay 400+ after the surplus is over

buy into as many dips as youd like. cheaper runes to sell at the end of this. or you can just hold what you ve already got from old threads.
