I'm leaking this here. They're going to drop them tomorrow 1pm EST. They're going to basically use the XRP lawsuit framework to take down EOS and block.one, Chainlink and Binance, and about 20 other coins I don't know much about.

Then they're going to subpoena Brian Armstrong, to kill the coinbase IPO, but not before mortally wounding his company. First, they're going to demand restitution for selling illegal securities. Backdated. Brian can cover that. But the IPO will be derailed while their operations are under cease and desist.

If you literally thought the SEC was going to approve Brian Armstrong's public offering to securitize their balance sheet while building a business model selling illegal securities, you're out of your mind. Bald kid had balls I guess but this was a hail mary before being reduced to highly regulated private money transmitter and not, "muh third rail of global finance"

What I think is really going on is the acceleration and regulatory forcing strategy they have all patiently waited to throw down over the last 4 years is about to be released in concert with LaGarde and international partners.

After tomorrow, they're not done either. Someone was talking about the papers on "the other 1000 coins"
