So, obviously no one has a crystal ball, but from what I'm reading, they should continue to fall as coronavirus gets worse. Thoughts?

1) Fed dropped rates to 0
2) t bonds moving lower
Okay so these are no longer the main factor, now that primary factors are :

3) lenders nervous, but fed has promised to buy unlimited morgage backed securities, so as I read it this is less of a concern
4) thanks to rates dropping because of all this, surges of demand led to lenders artificially raising rates, causing a roller-coaster of morgage rates, specifically refinances ( which I am looking for).

Now, my thinking is, as the spread of coronavirus gets worse and more and more people are losing work and hurting financially, less and less people will be able to refinance or buy a house. Looking at the past few weeks, refinances surge when the rates drop, but each wave less people so it. So eventually, as the herd gets thinned, rates should really drop. But how much, and when?
Speculate away please.

Okay. This is not a drill guys. My father is an advisor to multiple hedge funds but he also trades. Now I know jackshit about trading. I keep up with geopolitical events etc and have learned a bit about the option greeks etc but I’m a full-on level 1 scrub. I haven’t finished school and I’m a societal loser. Now I’m out of my job because of the Shanghai Shivers and my pops told me that tomorrow he’s going to teach me day-trading. He usually deals with options and commodities. As I understand, he currently has a short on natural gas. What do I need to know tomorrow? Some basics etc?

How soon should I start an llc. I've gotten into a business that's pretty niche and was able to take $800 and and about two months of time and make $25k. The problem is I have an opportunity to to it once again but this flip will be for closer to $2 million. It's just me right now but if the second deal goes through I'll need help. When should I worry about getting llc
