Reposting here because /s*g/ is useless despite being highly autistic about space. BlackSky is the latest space company to go public via a SPAC. They operate a satellite imagery business. Current ticker symbol is SFTW and it's valued at around 1.5 billion.

I'm on the fence about it but I'm at least bullish short term until ARKX inclusion. On one hand it's valued at over half of Maxar with a fraction of the revenue over the next few years but small sat imagery constellations could end up being cheaper and having better revisit rates than constellations with larger satellites like WorldView Legion. BlackSky appears to have a better system for accessing data and analytics as well but they're also less vertically integrated than companies like Maxar as they only own 50% of the company that makes their satellites.
