Buy when there's an cheapies instead of buying on a schedule. I buy gold when I can get 1 oz coins under 1800 euros. I buy silver when I can get 1 oz coins under 24 euros.

You can't go wrong with buying any of the main sovereign mint coins. Technically there is some minor premium recoup for some locally desired coins, if you're planning to sell in the short term. But in the long term, those premiums will be an insignificant fraction compared to the value of the metal itself. At least for run of the mill bullion coins (not numismatics).
The majority of my silver coins are noah's arks, and they're not even minted in armenia. But they're cheap and I like them. I also bought britannias and wieners when they were cheap. I just buy cheapies, that way I can stack moar.

I only stack cheapies. Last month bought a monster box of wieners at 23.53 euros/oz. In March I did a little better (some noah's arks at 22.64/oz).

This is hype. Don't buy the hype. Buy the cheapies when they come. I stopped buying last fall when they pulled that silversqueeze stunt, and the dealers premiums shot up. I didn't buy again until the next cheapies (March) and then not until the next cheapies (July). Now I'm waiting for another dip. Hopefully soon, but I'm patient and will wait.

Sell silver(=money) for what exactly? It doesn't really make sense. Once you have real money, you keep it until you want to buy something.
