I ponder a lot of things. One of those things is Teddy. It's a private company. It's obvious RC wants to take it public, via reverse merger to GME, the "particular stock" is the DK-butterfly-XX company, which is why they haven't named it in the earnings report. $200m is what they bought that for. Now the way a reverse merger works is a parent company (private) exchanges a smaller companies shares in totality from a share recall, with a public company, then the public/target company, now owning the parent company and all the other things the target company owns, now hands it's shares to the parent company. The parent company is now public, with a new ticker, but then re-issues shares as a result, with a finite amount. If DK-butterfly has the NOL's then Teddy then owns them by owning Gamestop and can apply them to companies under the banner of Teddy, the holding company, launching Teddy the webstore for kids and textiles. If the NOL's are made whole then shareholders of BBBY will thus get shares in the emergent company - Hertz got cash, shares and warrants to buy before IPO. All of this will cause anyone naked or short to lose their shirt, shit and soul.
