I've been waiting for this moment for literally a decade, when the boomers go to sell and their kids, who the fucked over every step of the way, don't have the money to pay their meme prices.

Even if they have the money, they don't have the desire. I just broke into six figure territory, My job allows me to work remotely full-time if I wanted to. Why the f*** would I buy some ancient dwelling in the city instead of some awesome cabin in a remote part of the country where land is like a thousand bucks an acre and I can build a house for less than what I could buy a boomer house for.


Housing prices are going to collapse, it's going to be awesome seeing Boomers finally have to take one in the butt.
