That's not true, according to Dr. Peterson and others with similar credentials. People with an IQ below 83 yield a net negative contribution to society. Once you factor in the time, energy, resources it takes to potentially train them to a level of "competence" it will still turn out to be counterproductive as they'll be much more prone towards committing errors/mistakes that cost an enterprise more money/resources. People with an IQ below 83 (with 85 being one standard deviation above mental retardation) will not be able to successfully run a business, be it a liquor store owner, grocery store manager, etc. Those occupations in and of themselves are not real drivers of an economy either. Farmers, builders, engineers, etc. produce real tangible value, not the merchant kikes who buy the value, mark up the price and sell for a profit.

Culling low IQ people would be the fast way, obviously, but a one child policy would be effective over time too. I would actually offer UBI to people with an IQ below 100 if they willingly get permanently sterilized, then I would incentivize couples with an average IQ above 120 to procreate by offering them excellent tax breaks.
