I think it is lower for people who live outside of Philly but true. Also I never worked in Philly but I think you can deduct philly income tax from new jersey income tax or some bullshit like this. No idea if Delaware is similar or what I said is even true to begin with.

Also property taxes for a 250k house is 8k a year in the area where I am from in NJ
