There was one last PP about a month ago to fund production and it was remarkable how quickly it filled, really showed the strong demand for BHS and it's not surprising that the stock soared afterwards. The PP was necessary because it costs them $19,000 per day to operate the mine. The PP is funding their off-take agreement to get cash flow on a permanent basis so there is no reason for there to be any further dilution.
