Look closer and you'll notice it specifies NEW algorithmic stablecoins, which UST is not. Might actually be in our favor tbqh.
Also, LUNC has zero dependence on UST so repeg or not we'll still be fine. There a numerous ways to bring the value of LUNC upward (on-chain burn, repeg, FOMO, exchange burn tax, swap etc etc) so the UST repeg isn't a must
