Truth of the matter is that israel is tiny (the size of new jersey) and europe and america are huge and fully developed. Immigrants bring economic growth in developed countries. Israel is not fully developed yet and requires outside aid. America and europe are the more developed countries and are the ones supplying the aid to under developed countries. 25% of the israeli population is not Jewish already so it is already a multicultural state and it's a tiny state. They would not benefit from additional immigrants but america and europe would.
