It's hard to say what SIGA will do. At some point in the next few months it will probably spike pretty hard. Right now, I'm not sure. Momentum seems to point to it continuing up, but at the same time, the trend hasn't been confirmed yet; it could do a hard pullback just as likely as it will go up, although the MACD implies that it will continue up.
If it does a pullback, fib levels say it should go to about $11.20. Looking at the candle patterns, I see a downward pennant/flag, with a bullish breakout (continuation). So while it might retrace a bit, I expect it to generally trend up. Buy the dip, probably.
