Help me make life choices /biz/. I'm 21, I have no degree, and I have worked a few entry level administration jobs in the midsized city where I live.

I'm content with my life right now, but until the last few months I have always been deeply unhappy here and yearning for something more, for example moving away to a bigger and more exciting place. Delving heavily into philosophy, particularly stoicism and eastern philosophy has alleviated this dissatisfaction. However, I'm scared that I have just become apathetic and will regret my complacency later in life.

Do I?
1. Get a good business/finance/accounting degree and stay at home with my parents for a few years, continuing to build my network at home.
2. Get degree and move to new place. Advantages here will be that I'm forced to network, meet new people and have new experiences.
3. Just keep working, wing it, maybe start a business if I get dissatisfied later?

What do /biz/?
