Don't worry, I went through the same shit with the dotcom bubble, sat there furious watching it go up & up, didn't have any money to throw in even though I knew computers and the Internet were gonna be huge. There's always another new market, once crypto is done the next big tech boom will be real AI. You'll be in time to catch that, buy stock in companies that make integrated neural network chips, specialised math processors and the parts to make em all work. Hint, hint, NVIDIA. Just try not to blow all your crypto gains yet, get as much as you can out to put into the next thing. Crypto still has a few more years of profits, obviously much less than earlier & the multi-year bear is gonna test your patience. Just stick it out, it's still better than wagecucking.
