What are you talking about?

Roth IRA - I take $6000 from my bank account and open a Roth IRA with it. I invest that $6000 however I want. My dividends aren't taxed. My gains aren't taxed. I can withdraw the principal (the initial contribution) at any time. When I withdraw the PROFITS from my Roth IRA, I pay no taxes if I "qualify"

> The IRS considers a withdrawal to be "qualified"—and therefore, tax-free and penalty-free—if you've had a Roth IRA for at least five years and the withdrawal is taken:

>When you're age 59½ or older,
>Because you have a permanent disability,
>By a beneficiary or your estate after your death, or
>To buy, build, or rebuild your first home (a $10,000 lifetime maximum applies).

Theres more but I'm not doing any more of your homework for you. If you have $6000 you're sure you're not going to need, and you don't have an IRA, open a fucking Roth IRA and trade freely in that account.
