Wanna know how I lost money in the last two weeks? I will tell you how I lost money in the last two weeks. I made two deviations from my normal trading strategy and both are cardinal sins:
1. Frontrunning my indicators before they gave the go ahead to do what I did
2. Frontrunning BECAUSE I thought that I knew what the market would do despite what the chart was actually demonstrating the tendency to be
So I went short at spy $405 expecting and OBVIOUS retrace and got burned for it, had to cover while on fire and screaming this morning. Had I followed my strategy and rules I would have made around 10-15% (and counting) on this retard rally going long.
