Note the time this was posted. Geyser did not exist then, which kickstarted the current run. Geyser was not enough of an incentive to hold to keep the machine afloat, which is why beehive was created. Beehive will steal liquidity from the pool and use it to buy negative rebases to help moving the target to $1 - yes, the human aspect of people selling above 1 and buying below 1 is not controllable but the idea is having hundreds of millions of dollars of liquidity so the gains and losses are negligible (long term.) Short term it is volatile. Once you're in the 2bil + marketcap range with at least a hundred million liquidity it'll be much more healthy but as of now it's not a safe system yet. Not 100% sure about pic related but it looks like beehive might actually attempt to drive the price back down to 1 with overwhelmingly positive rebases. Honestly I am going to be much more comfortable when we are sub $2 than $10, which I expect to come sooner than previously thought because of this mania.

Yes, that's what caused the failure of the last cycle. Geyser incentivized money being used for liquidity which means less sell offs, leading to the current pump, but the incentives weren't enough compared to holding with the ridiculously unhealthy growth over the last 3 weeks. Beehive now solves this problem by routing liquidity into buys when we get under rebase, aka what drew people to statera, the "thanos" meme. Difference is that this bot currently has 12 mil buying power and is only propping up one token, not 5. We are probably going to see positive rebases for 3 months.

it uses liquidity to buy ampl when it goes under negative rebase so the supply becomes more stable in the early phase and doesn't cause the project to go to 0 from panic selling
+ better rewards so people are incentivized to keep the project healthy
