I like the idea of a stablecoin index—a single stablecoin that represents a stake in multiple stablecoins in order to hedge against weakness in a single coin. What would the mechanics of this be? Could it be an individually profitable endeavor?

Say, for example, our entity holds one USDC, USDT, TUSD, PAX, and Dai for each issued token, and the resulting token is worth around $5. Thus, the resulting token is relatively resilient to something like USDT taking a big fat shit.

Thoughts?

Perhaps his affectation and general demeanor are an elaborate ruse to conceal the true magnitude of his crimes
