we're on the downward slope of the most recent and notably smallest BTC peak since the crash and the market is expecting another crash (probably because the first one wasn't enough to be a proper correction) not to mention the alt-coin revolution is only going to happen after the crash of BTC, ETH, and XRP (ETH will straight up die because of legal issues and XRP has some problems coming up too) and ideally Tether should come crashing down with them.

What everyone should do is to cash out into cash, or into promising alt-coins that they're willing to diamond hand HODL the fuck out of to ride out the crash (alts will return to current before bull run, this will coincide with the start of the bull run)
