Is this not like the tenth fucking time this has happened to semiconductors this year? One of the companies posts earnings below (((expectations))) - after going completely gangbusters in 2020 and 2021, and while still generating billions every quarter - then literally every other company shits the bed in a straight line, then a week or two later everything is fine and they say "oopsie lol it actually isn't that bad", then we do it all again. If the market is "forward looking" like so many people insist, why is it so fucking jumpy like this? NVDA being down 7.5% without news that directly relates to it is absolutely absurd.
