Deflation is a trick to facilitate a ponzi. You see, when the first investors (whales and devs in this case) organize a pump and dump (they paid two of the biggest crypto influencer to pump sta) price moves violently, statera went from 1 cent to 46 cents because of this. But, because it is deflationary, it also means that on the way up when volume increases, supply decreases rapidly. This allows the early investors to have an EVEN HIGHER STAKE of the complete supply, making it easier for them to dump on higher prices. Same thing on the way down, price is burnt, meaning supply decreases

Supply decrease -> means price will decrease more slowly than it would if it wasn't deflationary. Again, easier to get most bang for your buck when you dump on the newfags.
Some evidence to back up my claims, the number 3 and 4 wallets BOTH belong to one same person. Just look at his recent Statera activity...

They claim it would add positive price pressure (completely unnecessary ingredient in the pool) yet price tanked from 46 cents to 3 cents? Getting Bitconnect vibes from this.

Still no answer why the deflation is there. Sta would do the same thing (balancing pools) if it wasn't deflationary. The only thing the deflation does is:

>a) leak funds from the liquidity pool, you could theoretically make 1% bigger gains but the deflation is there so you lose it
>b) make it a pseudo ponzi as those who bought early get to dump on those who buy in later because of a lower supply. Just watch what the early whales who bought under 1 cent are doing right now. It's clear as day.
