I'm late 20's own a 400k house that should I owe about 200k on, which should be paid for in 7 years or so, no other debt. Married with combined income in the 200k range. If you got about 700k you wanted to invest with the purpose of retiring early in 15-25 years, what would you do with it? Don't bother suggesting shit coins I'm not going to do it.

I'm currently thinking 300k in Vanguard Total Stock Market Index, 100k Vanguard Total Intl Stock Index VGTSX, 100k in a generic S&P 500 index, and the remaining 200k sitting in a high interest account with the hopes of picking up rental property in the next couple years when the housing market crashes again.
