As for me, I'm gonna buy back the farm my family lived on in Rhodesia for about 60 years before it was expropriated back in the 80s.
Land speculation in Africa is fucking ridiculous rn because of all the chinks buying stuff up so they can move their industry over there, so there's a good chance I'll be able to make that happen.
I also run my own businesses and I'm going to need to move to a lower-tax jurisdiction anyway.

>Be making at least 100k annually with my own business
>Renounce US citizenship, move overseas, maybe to singapore
>Use my South African citizenship to start investing in land on the outskirts of developing african cities

>sell land and a ridiculous premium to chinks trying to invest in said countries
