I feel like hes going to rent until he dies. money will always be tight for him. he keeps saying he will get a small part-time job but I keep telling him he isn't going to want to work 5 days a week/25 hours for $200 a week lol

I'm not smart enough for trades. That stuff is beyond me, I'm terrible with working with my hands. Plus it doesn't seem worth it. those jobs are incredibly hard (for me at least) and it costs lots of money and many years of training for certain trades. again, im very stupid and any sort of schooling/training wouldn't be worth it for me. yeah, it would be nice to even have a 2-year degree on my resume but it isn't going to get me far anyway, at least I don't think it will.

I actually considered getting a+ certified but why on earth would anyone ever higher someone with just a certification and no schooling? doesn't make any sense. a friend of mine got his compu sci degree last year and still can't find a job. why the fuck would i be worth anything with a handful of certs that compu sci majors already have lol

I'd rather just buy a house outright than only pay 20%. I'd rather have a house paid off at 30 than have a 15 or 30 year mortgagee, but maybe I'm wrong? maybe 20% down on a house and then renting it is better? idk bruh the gold and silver is a good idea though, something i've been considering for a while.
